Know Your Passcode.
Because your ReadyTalk Conference is not started by a conference support specialist, entering a pass code is the only way to ReadyTalk your conference.
Your reservationist will assign a pass code to your call when you make your reservation or set up your account. You have three opportunities to enter your pass code. If your third attempt fails, contact Reservations to verify the meeting time, pass code and dial-in telephone number.

Record Your ReadyTalk Conference.
If you reserve your Scheduled ReadyTalk Conference via the Web, you can record your conference. A replay will be available once you've reached your scheduled end time.
|
Begin With a Roll Call.
Kick off your ReadyTalk Conference meeting with a roll call. Then, use the entry and exit tones that are played into the conference when participants join and leave the call to update meeting attendance. When you hear an entry tone, it helps to ask, “Who just joined us?”

|
Reduce Background Noise.
Office equipment and loud talking can disrupt your meeting. Press *6 to mute your line during noisy situations, then press *7 again to “un-mute” your line when you're ready to communicate.
